Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Products must:
be unused
be in their original condition
be returned in their original packaging
Ineligible Products
Custom-cut, personalized, or used products are not eligible for return.
Certain sales may be considered final when clearly indicated before purchase.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.
Legal Warranty
Final sale – no exchanges or refunds.
Warranties provided by applicable laws in Quebec remain in effect.
